We have broken down for you the process we undertake to when building a new home.
Sales & Contract
The first step is to put your dream onto paper. Let’s set up a meeting to go over the finer details with one of our friendly consultants. This first step is an important one as we will review designs, discuss finance options, revise your quote and go over your contract.

Council Process
The next step involves lodging your application with your developer for approval. Once lodged the Full Building Approval can take 4-8 weeks to be approved.
There are a number of factors as to why it takes this long for approval, including Council regulations in your area and the complexity of your submission. During this period your final drawings will be sent to you for review and final approval.
Ready to Build
This is when everything finally comes together & your home starts taking shape. Once receiving Full Building Approval we will contact your financial institute regarding your Council Approved documents.
Your chosen bank will then provide a written Authority to Commence Construction Letter allowing us to commence the allocation of labour costs, materials etc for your new home.
Welcome Home
The team at South East Developments have now begun construction and you will now see your home taking formation.
From the Base Stage where we will prep your block of land to the Lock Up Stage when the final touches will be added to your home, our experienced staff will remain in contact with you from the first stage to the completion of your home.
